1.) All taxes to be borne by the winners.
2.) Rewards are non-transferable, cannot be encashed or extended.
3.) The Raffle/ Lucky draw are based on the qualifying IATA Numbers through a lucky draw.
4.) All costs & expenses for participants in the promotion & collection of prizes will be borne by      the participant.
5.) The decision of Amadeus & Kingfisher Airlines will be final & binding.

The participating agency hereby agrees & undertakes not to hold Amadeus & Kingfisher      Airlines and/or any of their group entities or affiliates, their respective directors, officers,      employees, agents, vendors responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands,      losses, damages, cost charges & expenses that the participating agency may/might have      suffered, sustained or incurred, or claims to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and/or on      account of the present offer.
7.) This offer is subject to force majeure circumstances i.e. Act of God or any circumstance      beyond the reasonable control of Amadeus & Kingfisher Airlines.
