Role & Responsibilities:
  • Handling functional queries on Amadeus relating to reservation, ticketing, PNR’s etc.
  • Handling the Technical Troubleshooting of calls related to Hardware and software problem of agencies.
  • Preparation of reports, offline Troubleshooting & Liaison with the customers

    Requirement :
  • Graduate/Post Graduate in travel.
  • Working knowledge of any GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, Worldspan etc.)

Executive-Business Development (Sales) (Job Code: A02)

Roles & Responsibilities :


  • Maintaining relationships with existing customers as well as development of new client base.

Business Analyst (Job Code:A03)

Roles & Responsibilities :


  • Gathering business and functional requirements.
  • Designing work flow.
  • Responsible for Analysis of applications both pre and post production
  • Implement applications for global offices during pre-production phase;
  • Provide support on-boarding of new applications and guidance on technical and functional issues;

Team Leader -Technical (Job Code:A04)
     

Location: Delhi

Roles & Responsibilities :

Responsible for providing Technical Support to All users (Internal/External). Resolving complains of Technical problems from all Amadeus users.

  • Once the complain is logged in timely action has be undertaken and if not resolved then a visit call has to be conducted
  • Coordination with third party (ISP/Vendor)
  • Maintain set objective levels of solving calls Installations
    1. S/W Installations, Amadeus Selling Platform, Proprinters Products Local scripts
    2. H/W Installations, made-up provided Computer Systems. Ticket printers, Hardcopy Printers.
    3. Coordinate for circuit delivery, follow up with Provider, Router Installations, Modem/Converter Installation, maintenance.
    4. ISP, Ordering Broadband circuit to ISP, Coordinating with ISP for Installation, maintaining SP records or local payments, LAN, Installation of Network switch, Local networking, maintenance
  • Procurement of Hardware material from local/HO as per the requirement generated based on approvals. Maintaining payments related to Technical department, ISP payment, Hardware purchase spare ,repairing.
  • Logging daily calls in AAMS (Amadeus Internal Software)
  • Creating Hardware Installation/ De-Installation/ Conversion Challans at the time of Installations and have to send to HO for AAMS updation.
  • Provide all miscellaneous reports required from HO for the respective branch.
  • Maintaining Hardware inventory, ensuring the physical Hardware stock is tallying.
  • Taking details of Scrap Hardware and Disposing Scrap Hardwares.
  • Maintaining Amadeus office automations, network ,systems etc.

Requirement:

  • CCNA & MCSE Certified.
  • Graduate / Postgraduate.
  • Should have good comprehension skills and aptitude to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Ability to multi-task with excellent presentation skills.
  • Presentable with good verbal and written skills in English.
  • Should be fully conversant MS office.
  • Experience of 3-5 Years required.

Roles & Responsibilities :


  • Conduct overall Trainings and make presentations / maintain documentation and records for trainings conducted.
  • Handling Demonstrations and trainings independently.
